406* BUDDHA SHAKYAMUNI Thailand, Lanna, 17./18. Jh. H 52,5 cm. Bronze mit stellenweise leicht grüner Patina. Der gekrönte und reich geschmückte Buddha sitzt in maravijaya-Position auf einem Lotoskissen über einem sechsseiti- gen Sockel. Die Augen sind mit Perlmutter eingelegt, der Sockel mit reliefiertem Rankendekor ist an zwei Stellen mit laotischer Inschrift graviert.
